Tote launch a brand new exciting multi-leg bet this Saturday with the Survivor!

Like the Scoop6 your aim in the Tote Survivor is to pick the winners of six selected Saturday races. After each race the players that failed pick the winner are knocked out.

So far that sounds just like the Scoop6 or Jackpot. What is unique about the Survivor is that as soon as there is just one player left they will win all the money in the pool – even if there are legs that haven’t started yet.

Also, if all tickets are knocked out in a race, everyone that had picked winners for all the previous races will win a share of the pool.

Together that means that every Saturday there will be winners of the Survivor and there will never be a rollover!

Where to Play the Tote Survivor

You can Play the Survivor at tote.co.uk each Saturday. Select Multi-Leg Bets from the Bet Types drop down and select the Tote Survivor.

Selecting your Survivor horses

When picking your Tote Survivor horses you will want to balance between selecting the most likely winners, and picking horses who might go under the radar somewhat.

Pick a favourite, and it’s likely that so too will a large portion of your competition. More winning players through means there’s likely to be a smaller winning dividend when a winner is crowned.

On the other hand, going for outsiders may mean you want to have multiple selection in a race but, should that big priced one succeed, much of the competition could fall away.

How many selections per race will you go for?

Play from 50p!

The minimum stake per line for the Survivor is 50p and you can place just one line if you choose to.

A small stake per line will allow you to cover more selections but remember, if multiple players are winners, the prize poll will be divided proportional to their line stakes.

Like all Tote bets, the Survivor dividend will always be declared to a £1 stake.

With last Saturday’s Scoop6 being reduced to 4 legs after the meeting at Ascot was cancelled the rollovers from the previous week have been carried forward to this Saturday.

With the Scoop6 won by a single ticket the previous week, and the Bonus race you to take place at Ascot last weekend, that winner has had to wait an extra week to play for the £82,909 bonus fund. This time, they must find the winner of the Cesarewitch Handicap (Newmarket 3:35), which is one of the toughest handicaps of the entire Flat season. If they fail, any winners from this week will be playing for an even larger bonus fund next Saturday.
