Tote have just released the Scoop6 races for this Saturday, 4th January. They are: –
Leg 1: 2:05 Wincanton Leg 2: 2:25 Sandown Leg 3: 2:40 Wincanton Leg 4: 3:00 Sandown Leg 5: 3:15 Wincanton Leg 6: 3:35 Sandown (Please mention scoop6.co.uk if re-posting these details)
There was no winner of last Saturday’s Scoop6. This is great news for you as the Win fund starts at £33,049 and the bonus fund is over £245,000! Both these totals will grow rapidly as more stakes are placed.
This week’s Scoop6 pool is expected to swell to £325,000. Tote predict there will be around £65,000 in the win fund and £260,000 in the bonus fund.
The Grade 1 Unibet Tolworth Hurdle at 2.25pm is Leg 2 of the pool and appears to revolve around three main horses among the seven runners. Tote Spokesman Kevin O’Malley said: “Colin Tizzard has won two of the last three renewals of the race, so Fiddlerontheroof is sure to be a popular Scoop6 pick in the feature race at Sandown.”
The Unibet Veterans’ Handicap Chase at 3.00pm at Sandown is going to be a real spectacle with fourteen experienced chasers – none younger than 11 years – slugging it out over three miles. Down in Wincanton, Legs 1, 3 and 5 will take place at 2.05pm, 2.40pm and 3.15pm.
O’Malley added: “Two of the Wincanton legs have just five and seven runners, along with a seven runner Tolworth Hurdle. With double figure fields in just three of the six legs, punters can feel a bit more confident than your average Saturday in having a go at the Scoop6 to small stakes.”
All of the races will be shown live on ITV4.
Good luck everyone. Remember to return to Scoop6.co.uk on Saturday for live updates as the Scoop6 runs.
