Scoop6 Races for Cheltenham Festival Day 3 Thursday 2019

Totepool have just released the Scoop6 races for day 3 of the Cheltenham Festival Thursday, 14th March. They are: –

Leg 2: 2:10 Cheltenham
Leg 3: 2:50 Cheltenham
Leg 4: 3:30 Cheltenham
Leg 5: 4:10 Cheltenham
Leg 6: 5:30 Cheltenham

This week there will be 4 special Scoop6 pools to coincide with the Cheltenham Festival. There was no winner on Wednesday so Thursday’s pool will be starting off with some healthy rollovers. The Win fund starts at £176,853 and the bonus fund at £111,763. Both these totals will grow rapidly as more stakes are placed.

totepool predict the combined win and bonus fund could be worth £450,000, with around £300,000 in the both the win fund and £150,000 in the bonus funds.

All six legs come from Prestbury Park.

The first two winners on Wednesday were popular as 8/1 scorer City Island and 4/1 victor Topofthegame were selected by 626 units, but only 3 of these followed up with 28/1 winner William Henry in the third leg. Tiger Roll kept the dream alive after leg four for a solo ticket holder but their fifth leg selection, Star Max was well held behind stable companion Band Of Outlaws.

totepool spokesman Matt Hulmes said “William Henry did the most damage in Wednesday’s Scoop6 and Band Of Outlaws finished the job. It means we will have another big pot to shoot at on St Patrick’s Thursday with an estimated £450k shared between the win and bonus pots.”

Should there be no winners on Thursday the totals will roll forward to even bigger pools on day 4 of the Cheltenham Festival.

As well as the Cheltenham Scoop6 pools there will also be a totejackpot from Cheltenham and a Cheltenham Placepot. All three pools are expected to have significant interest and there could be some huge pool sizes!

Tuesday’s Placepot dividend was £91,283.90 and was won by just 10.50 units. That was more than double the previous festival best which paid £44,616 in 2014. It’s the second highest dividend ever recorded with the largest also coming at Cheltenham.
