Scoop6 Adds New Starting Fund
Totesport have announced some upcoming changes to how the Scoop6 will run after the current win fund is won.
They are altering the current Scoop6 pools to introduce an extra Starting Fund which will be used to start off the win fund the week following that fund being won. This will equate to the total amount in the Starting Fund at that time. This means that there will effectively be a rollover in every week’s Scoop6!
The good news is, the punter stakes will still remain the same, although over four pools instead of three. The new Starting Fund is comprised of 5% of total investment each week. 35% of total investment is contributed to the Win Fund, 17.5% of investment into the Place Fund and 12.5% of investment into the Bonus Fund.
Previously the stakes were split as follows: – 35% to the Win Fund, 20% to the Place Fund and 15% to the Bonus Fund. The share to the Win Fund isn’t being changed, with a small reduction in the size of the Place and Bonus funds which we at scoop6.co.uk think may well be compensated for by the increased stakes from the win fund not starting at zero in the week after it is won.
To get things started Totesport will be adding £250,000 to the Starting Fund which will be used to start the Win Fund once the current sequence of Win Fund rollovers has ended.
Phil Siers, Totesport Managing Director said: “We are confident that the changes we are going to make will provide us with many more Scoop6 millionaires. The addition of a Starting Fund will mean there will always be a rollover for customers to aim at, regardless of whether or not the Win Fund is won the week before. We think this addition will prove popular with players as they will be able to look forward to big money rollovers every Saturday.”
